In the late 60’s Chevrolet eased the pain of the true family man giving him the muscle car he always desired. The new Chevrolet Camaro was considered an adolescent corvette by many. Offering the American man a brawny muscle car with features such as a black out grill, simulated hood intakes, and upgraded interior options, while still affording him the back seat to get the family to town. Considered the greatest era in American muscle cars, the late 1960’s brought to life the fiercest looking cars of our time. This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS has all that Brawn and more. This car is gilded in an understated white and brought to life by SS black bumble bee striping and a black spoiler at the rear. Coordinated with black hood intakes, an aforementioned black out grill, and new original style rally wheels, caps and rings, this unassuming beauty really stands out. As you peer inside the car you will find an impressive blue vinyl interior with exterior harmonizing white accents. The interior comforts continue by way of a B&M floor shifter, aftermarket AM/FM/CD in the glove box, Kicker speakers, and aftermarket under dash gauges. While comfort items are delightful, the area below the hood is typically the principal enticement of the American muscle car.  Under the hood, you will find plentiful chrome surrounding the 350 engine, which includes a non-numbers matching mild cam. The motor showing 79,195 miles is complemented with an aluminum radiator, duel exhaust and a 350 turbo automatic transmission. Other mechanical features include, power front disk and rear drum brakes, power steering, and factory suspension with rear air shocks. Finishing the black contrast of the car are black wall 275/60/R15 Goodride front and 205/60/R15 Performer GT rear tires. While the 1960’s are well in the rear view mirror, the love and passion for the cars of the era run rapid. The same attraction that brought this car to life is the same attraction you will feel when you first lay eyes on it.
